UPO-250 louvers with clamps are a solar protection system with large format double-wall fixed louvers, available at 45, 60 or 90 degree inclinations. Thanks to the clamp anchorage, this system adapts to the expansion of the lattices, and due to its strong support, it allows large distances between supports.

UMBELCO UPO-250 type aluminum fixed louvers with 45°, 60° or 90° double-wall clamps with double reflection visible surface in aluminum, 254 mm wide and 50 mm thick. Made of aluminum strip continuously painted (COIL-COATING process), with high resistance to weathering according to salt spray test (more than 450 h in WEISS SSC 450 chamber). Tubular rails and clamps in extruded aluminum L-6063 with T5 treatment, assembled by means of an efficient patented anti-return system that allows the expansion of the slats without riveting or screws between the slat and the support.
They are optionally available in any color of the RAL range with interior colors different from the exterior, and with slats in materials such as aluminum, steel, zinc or copper and optionally perforated.
COMPONENTS
The assembly consists of a series of double-walled aluminum slats with a rhomboidal section, parallel to each other and with a pre-determined inclination. The slats are supported by composite clamps, which in turn are anchored to extruded aluminum tubular profiles, sized according to the project requirements.

Regardless of whether it is a lattice with vertical or horizontal slats, the maximum distance between supports is 250 cm.
What are the characteristics of the supporting strip of this lattice?
One of the advantages of the UPO-150 with clamps is that they allow the incorporation of most of the existing commercial profiles, both in aluminum and steel, to adapt the product’s capacities to the project’s needs.
What is the maximum length of UPO-250 fixed blades with clamps?
The slats can be made in 600cms in one piece, but the supporting battens of these slats must maintain a maximum cadence of 200cms.
I want more light / more ventilation, how can I get it?
This model has no limitation in the slat center-to-center spacing. Simply increase it to meet the requirements of your project.
How often do I have to put fixings on this truss?
